Recipe: How to make a healthy Spirulina beverage


  1. Milk
  2. 1 tablespoon Spirulina powder
  3. 2 walnuts


Mix one spoon of Spirulina, two walnuts and one glass of milk. Use a hand blender or shaker to mix it well.
